01 - Full Planning - Concept to Execution

This is a bespoke service tailored to you, it covers all aspects of designing and planning your wedding day. Ideal for those seeking full support in creating a personalised, effortlessly chic wedding.

This comprehensive service covers, but not limited to:
- Concept and vision development
- Budget management
- Location scouting
- Vendor sourcing and management
- Design and decoration
- Guest management
- Timeline and update calls
- Post wedding follow-up
- On the day management

Quite simply, anything you need. We will be available throughout the entire process, and on the day.

Fee - Typically charged at around 10% of the wedding budget. Minimum investment is £3,000 + Travel expenses.

02 - Partial Planning - Coordination & Logistics

This service is here to help you tie up the last details of your
wedding. It is ideal for those who already have secured their location, look and feel, and suppliers. We will take on the logistics, supplier communication and coordination on the day so it runs seamlessly allowing you to relax and enjoy your wedding.

This service covers:
- A handover meeting
- Vendor communication management
- On the day management

A handover of the wedding planning around two months before
your wedding day.

Fee - Minimum investment of £1,500 + Travel expenses.

Events Services

03 - Events (Non-Wedding)

This service is here to compliment and enhance your wedding day, holiday experience, and honeymoon.

With Zakynthos being a destination wedding location, many people opt to include pre-wedding celebrations and unique experiences to welcome and spend time with their guests throughout their time on the island.

From private dinner parties, sunset yacht cruises, vineyard wine tasting - we have plenty of wonderful ideas to make your time unforgettable.

Available throughout your wedding planning, and on the day if required.

The Process

01 - Consultation

We will arrange an initial consultation call to connect with you personally. During this call we’ll go over the initial details of your wedding, and discuss the services you need.

02 - Confirmation

Following our consultation call, if you choose to move forward with our services, we will request a 50% deposit to secure your booking. You will then receive a comprehensive questionnaire
designed to capture every detail of your vision and requirements.

03 - Your bespoke proposal

Based on your answers, we will create a fully tailored visual
proposal that reflects your unique style as a couple. This proposal will include options for the overall concept, venue and vendor recommendations, a detailed timeline, and a complete budget breakdown.

04 - Final proposal

After reviewing your feedback on the initial proposal, we will refine and finalise every aspect of your wedding plan to align perfectly with your vision. Once approved, we will secure all vendors and finalise the finer details to bring your dream wedding to life.

05 - Your event

In the lead-up to your big day, we will conduct a virtual or in-person run-through to ensure all details are covered. On the wedding day itself, we will be present from start to finish, managing ever element so you can relax and fully enjoy the celebration with your loved ones.
