Hi, I'm Mackenzie, the founder of THE ISLE.

 

My journey into wedding planning began with a personal experience —  planning my own wedding on the stunning island of Zakynthos.

 

As I navigated the process, I was struck by how the wedding landscape was saturated with generic, often outdated package deals. Nothing I found resonated with the aesthetic, authenticity, and quality that my partner and I envisioned.

 

Determined to create something more intimate and meaningful I took on the challenge of planning, designing, and curating every aspect of our wedding. In doing so, I discovered and partnered with Zakynthos's most talented local suppliers to craft a day centred around exquisite food, fine wine, and beautiful music, all set against the backdrop of the island’s breathtaking locations.

 

With over a decade of experience as a creative project manager in the luxury fashion and design industry — having worked with brands like Chanel, Asprey, Valextra, and LVMH. Planning my own wedding felt like a natural extension of my professional journey. Each detail was meticulously planned, with a focus on creating a refined and timeless aesthetic that would not only captivate on the day but remain just as stunning and memorable for years to come.
